Each element has its season, rhythm, colour, and feeling-tone; Metal Element meridians' activity supports clarity, boundaries, and the art of letting go. When Metal is balanced, our minds clear, grief harmonizes into inspiration, our immune response stabilizes, and we feel more resilient as autumn sets in. We honour what is precious while releasing what is complete.
During the Metal element “season”, the most supportive activities are those that help you breathe deeply, discern what matters, release what is complete, and create gentle order.
This PHD Group Session tunes your system to Metal’s medicine—refinement, self-worth, discernment—so you can reset patterns, simplify, and make real room for what matters now.
Try this Metal Element Breath Exercise: Breathe in your life vision intention and breathe out what no longer serves you. Repeat 2–3 times. Feel the lungs polish the mirror of your attention.
