" For quite a while, I've believed that I get back what I put out, I attract everything for a reason, and when I'm clear in my purpose I can create and attract exactly what I want. To believe it is one thing ...to actualize it is another thing. Since I began my Repatterning work with Carolyn Winter in the fall of 1998, I get closer to this actualization every month. Major shifts have happened around resolving relationship conflicts, business growth, and so on. But the most eyebrow raising experience happened just last weekend. My parents were in town for the weekend so I took them to a Blue Jays game...mum is a very enthusiastic fan. When I booked the tickets a few days before, I started visualizing catching a foul ball and giving it to my mother. On the day of the game, using Carolyn winters techniques, I started visualizing what catching a ball at the game would look like. I pictured a crazy swarm of fans diving to the spot where the ball would land... and I pictured myself, calmly sitting amongst this crowd and just at the right moment, I would calmly stand up and pull the ball out of the sky. Guess what ...it worked...exactly as I had visualized it!! With my mother's jaw on the ground, I gave her the baseball and wished her happy birthday. Carolyn Winter's Repatterning sessions continue to give me the tools to create what I want and eliminate barriers. I don't need to know how it works....just that it does. | From Laura... A really remarkable energy shift happened to me recently. I had already reaped huge benefits from Holographic Repatterning sessions with Carolyn and I knew that it worked to my benefit even when I had to deal with painful situations without her direct intervention. On the afternoon of May 8th, I was anxious and fearful and very tired of always feeling this way about myself and the actions I took. The week before I had quit my job. It was actually a victory for me to say NO to terms that didn't suit me, but I also felt some insecurity about not having any income, especially because in the current Mastering the Present Moment Project my focus was on creating a flow of money in my life! I realized I had to find a way to focus my mind on the positive aspects of my action. That day, I created an image to help myself get past the fear. I painted "a cup of abundance" and I also wrote an affirmation to go with it. When I had finished this, I was exhausted and and pleased with my effort but I doubted my sanity for having spent hours on it! Before I went to bed that night I contemplated the image and read the affirmation several times, even once out loud. I slept well, but somehow was conscious of dreaming a lot. When I awoke the next morning, on May 9th, I couldn't recall any dreams. I was blessed with a greater gift in that moment. I felt totally connected to myself and the universe. For the first time since childhood I knew I was whole. No grief was left in me and no consciousness of being incomplete remained in me. Even as I slept, I had picked up the cup of abundance for sure! I know that the possibility of shifting energy by intention would not have even occurred to me if I hadn't been been involved in Holographic Repatterning sessions with Carolyn, so I am profoundly grateful, beyond words. If you want more concrete evidence of "shift happening"... barely two weeks later, I am starting a new job that is optimal for me right now, I've been paid money that's been owing for months and I've just landed another commission for a painting!
